Thunder custom

I had gotten an Elseworlds Supergirl recently and wanted to use her ASAP and after much searching, Thunder from the Outsiders looked to be a good fit. There wasn't much to smooth over except for a few holes left by the cape. I also sculpted new hiar on top and the wrist and ankle cuffs.
